SuccessFactors and the Discovery Center booster can switch Joule on. They do not decide who owns AI Units, which Role-Based Permissions apply, how Arabic and residency are handled, or when a human must review an HR action.
That part is an operating model. It has to be designed.
The gap is not a booster problem. Activation can be done by SAP or an SI. Governing ownership, AI Units, RBP, HITL, Arabic corpora, and residency is the operating model — and that is what most Gulf tenants have not designed.
A free interactive assessment: ten pass/fail technical gates (BTP, Work Zone, IAS, RBP, residency) plus fifteen maturity points on ownership, AI Units, human review, notice, Arabic readiness, and data fitness.
Score Yes only when you can answer honestly today. If you would have to check, pick No / unsure. No evidence pack required.
Most Gulf estates clear some gates and land around 5–8 on maturity. Free. No form, no email required.
A structured 60-minute review of your Joule AI readiness against the ten activation gates and fifteen maturity points, scored live on the call. You will not get a sales pitch and you will not get a flattering score.
If you do not think it was worth it, say so and I will refund it. No discussion.
Joule is new. Governing complex, multi-party technology estates is not, and that is the discipline this actually requires: risk tiering, approval authority, review cadence, accountability that survives someone leaving.
Clifton Nexus has spent thirteen years doing exactly that on enterprise programmes — establishing governance frameworks, running independent quality assurance, and giving client leadership the standing to challenge and steer delivery partners.
